This thing is way overpriced for what you get. The pricing just doesn’t feel fair at all.

I kind of regret going with this one. The campaign ended up taking way longer than I expected, and by the time everything was delivered, I was already frustrated. I thought it would move faster, so it just didn’t feel worth it in the end...

I tried playme.pro for audience targeting it just didn’t work out for me. The people it reached didn’t really match the settings I put in, so the whole thing felt random tbh.
Maybe I missed a step somewhere, but the dashboard wasn’t super clear either. I spent money on it and didn’t get much useful back, so yeah, I prob wouldn’t use it again

The artist dashboard isn’t bad, but it does feel a bit clunky at times. I had to click around more than I expected to find certain things. Once you get used to it, it works fine, but it could definitely be smoother for artists.

I used playme.pro for a small promo thing I was trying out, not a huge campaign or anything, and the numbers did go up a bit. But the engagement didn’t feel that strong to me. Like, there were likes, but they didn’t really turn into many comments or follows, at least from what I could tell.
Support was fine, not unpleasant or anything, just a little slow when I needed a reply. Maybe I missed something in the setup or picked the wrong option, but for the price I was expecting people who seemed a bit more active, not just a quick bump that kind of disappeared after.

The communication was really bad. I reached out and just never heard anything back, which was frustrating.

I tried using playme.pro for genre matching, it was kind of a nightmare. It kept suggesting stuff that didn’t fit the vibe at all, like wildly off. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it felt useless and ended up just wasting my time.

It kind of felt like everyone assumed someone else owned it, which made the whole experience frustrating.

Support did respond, which I appreciate, but the replies felt generic and didn’t really solve anything for me. I’m careful about spending on promo, so based on my experience, I wouldn’t pay for it again.

I sent a message and then had to wait days to get a real response, which made me feel kind of pressured because I needed the issue sorted out quickly. When they finally replied, it was really brief and didn’t actually solve much. It’s not the worst experience I’ve had, but it definitely wasn’t great.

I don’t know, I expected a bit more. Opened it up, tried it out, and kept thinking… that’s it? It’s not awful or anything, but for the price, it felt hard to justify. Maybe if it cost less, I’d feel differently.

I paid to get my song placed, but the playlists they put it on felt really random. Hardly any real plays came from it, at least from what I could see. For my song, it just kind of felt like money wasted, unfortunately
